Simon Duckworth brings over two decades of experience in safeguarding and student support. Starting as a Pastoral Support Worker and Safeguarding Officer, he advanced to senior management roles in the secondary education sector, focusing on pastoral care and curriculum support. Subsequently, Simon held a senior leadership role at an international college as the designated safeguarding lead. He now advises universities and international schools on developing outstanding care, support, and safeguarding systems for their learners and staff.
